1. Safety and Security: The safety and well-being of our models are of utmost importance. In the event of any perceived or actual harm to a model, including but not limited to harassment, coercion, or any form of violence, we reserve the right to report such incidents to the appropriate authorities.

2. Monitoring and Tracking: All models are monitored and tracked during their engagements to ensure their safety. Additionally, models are provided with security personnel who are readily available to assist in any situation where the model feels unsafe or threatened.

3. Payment Terms: Payment for services rendered MUST BE MADE to the AGENCY at the time of meeting the model. In the event there is a disagreement, any disputes regarding payment must be resolved immediately.

4. Confidentiality: We uphold strict confidentiality regarding all engagements and personal information shared by both clients and models. Any breach of confidentiality will result in immediate termination of services and legal action if deemed necessary.

5. Consent and Boundaries: All interactions between clients and models must be consensual and respectful. Clients are expected to communicate their boundaries clearly, and any actions that violate the boundaries or consent of the model will not be tolerated.

6. Code of Conduct: Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful and courteous at all times during engagements with our models. Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to verbal abuse, physical aggression, or harassment, will result in immediate termination of services and possible legal action and reporting to the authorities. By engaging our services, clients agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that any violation may result in termination of services and legal consequences.
